A Study On Chifeng Volunteers' Partispation In Community Pension Service

The issue of the aged has always been the focus of our government in carrying out the party's basic aim of serving the people and realizing the function of government social service.With the increase of our country's comprehensive national strength,the well-being index of the residents has also gradually increased.As a non-profit organization which is different from the first sector and the second sector,the volunteer organization will also become an indispensable participant in the community pension service.Volunteer service consciousness,service level,professional skills will also play a key role in the development of community pension voluntary service.China,as a late volunteer country,is now developing rapidly in the fields of race service,disaster relief,environmental protection,civilized transportation,pension and respect for the elderly,community service and so on.Based on the present situation of volunteer participation in community pension service in China,this paper studies the problem of volunteer participation in community pension service in Chifeng.As we all know,the elderly groups such as empty-nesters,destitute old people and lonely elderly people are in urgent need of care and help from all walks of life in society,caring for the elderly and caring for the elderly.Caring for the elderly is not only an excellent quality that should be maintained and propagated in China,which regards respecting the old and loving the young as the traditional virtue,but also an inevitable requirement for giving play to the social service function of the government and paying attention to the vulnerable groups of the society.How to enrich the spiritual life of the elderly on the basis of guaranteeing their basic life,so that they can still feel the care of the society in their later years,and even embody their value to the construction of prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony,beautiful China has a profound impact.As the main carrier of residents' life,the community is an important place for the daily activities of the elderly,whether the community old-age service is in place,whether the old-age service facilities are complete,whether it has a good quality and high level,Solid service skills for the elderly volunteer service team for the implementation of community pension service is essential.This paper takes the community pension service in Chifeng as the research object,from the angle of volunteer participation in the community pension service in Chifeng,and through the specific case of Chifeng to state and analyze,combined with the advanced experience and practice of regions in domestic.Based on the new public service theory,incentive theory and voluntary failure theory in public administration,this paper comprehensively applies the methods of chart analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,etc.This paper summarizes and arranges the problems and causes of volunteers' participation in community old-age service in Chifeng City,and puts forward concrete countermeasures and reasonable suggestions to improve the participation of volunteers in community old-age care service in Chifeng City.
