Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasure Of The Post Service Of Community Old-age Service In Beijing

With the rapid development of population aging,China is under great pressure of social pension.Beijing has a strong economic development strength,but the shrinkage of family members has increased the pressure of family pension in Beijing.At the same time,the shrinkage of family members also means the decline of endowment resources and function system in Beijing,which has to be paid attention to in the process of Beijing’s development.Supporting the elderly has changed from a family problem to an urgent social problem.Aiming at the present situation,problems and Countermeasures of home-based pension service in Beijing.Based on the research background of population aging and the construction of the old-age service system in Beijing,this paper provides experience for the implementation of home-based old-age care in the whole country.Through the study of some home-based pension cases,this paper clarifies the problems in the implementation of home-based pension,and puts forward some countermeasures according to the relevant problems.Using professional theoretical knowledge such as community management and non-profit organizations,we can establish a systematic and perfect understanding of the community pension service system.Beijing has set a good example for the whole country,but there are still some problems,such as shortage of operating funds,different radiation scope and insufficient talent reserve.To solve these problems,we should adhere to the three-level management mode of "dynamic supervision of guidance center,on-the-spot supervision of management center andassistance supervision of community residents’ committees".Starting from the main bodies of government,community and social organizations,we should improve the system rules,change the focus of financial support,establish partnerships with community organizations,improve staff quality and professional skills,introduce or cultivate new types.Volunteers and other ways,so that social organizations can better provide community home care services for the elderly,to provide precise and professional services to meet the needs of the elderly.
