Research On The Reward Reporting System Of Food Safety In China

For a long time,food safety has always been the basis of people's livelihood.Food safety concerns the prosperity of the country,the public interest of society and the quality of life of the people.Only by paying attention to food safety issues can we lay a good foundation for the development of the national economy and people's lives.In today's society,with the increasing attention paid to food safety issues,food safety prize reporting system has emerged accordingly.In recent years,the improvement of China's socialist market economic system has led to the rapid development of the food market.At the same time,Chinese consumers are also increasingly concerned about food safety issues.Due to lack of supervision and other reasons,there are many food safety issues in the food market.Under such circumstances,it is particularly important to improve the relevant systems for food safety award reporting in China.At present,China's food safety sector urgently needs to establish and improve a food safety rewards and reporting system,but the reality of this system is not optimistic.The food safety prize reporting system still has many problems,such as the existence of defects in system design for awards,inadequate protection of the informants,inconvenient operation procedures,and low implementation efficiency.In summary,to solve the problems in the award reporting system of food safety,we should adhere to the basic of democratic theory,information trading theory,dynamic social contract theory and civil rights theory,then learn from the experience of the United States,Japan,Britain,Taiwan area of China,aiming to improve the design of the reward system,improve the confidentiality system and the protection system of whistleblowers,and improve the design of operating procedures.Through establishing a relatively sound legal system,strengthening specific and effective policy guidance,establishing relatively efficient and convenient operating procedures,establishing open and transparent information sharing and disclosure channels,and strictly implementing a strict whistleblower protection system,we can gradually reduce various food safety incidents.The various adverse effects brought about by the development of China's market economy will promote the development of green and healthy food safety in China.
