Research On Public Participation In The Implementation Of Food Safety Reporting Reward Policy

At present,as an excellent way to encourage the public to participate in food safety management,food safety reporting incentive policy has attracted much attention,but ideological attention does not mean actual participation in action.This paper studies the public participation in the implementation of food safety reporting incentive policy.By investigating and researching in Xixiangtang District of Nanning City,it is found that there are some problems in the process of public participation in the food safety reward policy,such as high participation threshold,insufficient participation ability,insufficient participation confidence and high participation cost.By analyzing the causes of the problems,it is found that the public participation in the implementation of food safety reward policy is related to the particularity of food attributes,the complexity of recog:nizing reward,the imperfection of supporting system,the weak implementation ability of executing agencies,the lack of specific reward process and the lack of information exchange.Based on the four key factors affecting the implementation of public policies,This paper puts forward suggestions on speeding up the improvement of relevant contents of food safety reporting incentive policy,strengthening the implementation of responsibility of food safety reporting incentive executing agencies,creating an appropriate environment for implementing food safety reporting incentive policy,and cultivating good target groups of food safety reporting incentive policy.
