| The aggravation of aging and the huge population scale bring great challenges to the social and economic development of our country.In the late 1990 s,the United Nations World Health Organization(WHO)put forward the concept of active aging based on the concept of healthy aging.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,under the guidance of the concept of active aging,There have always been problems of imbalance in the supply structure of community education for the elderly,mainly reflected in the confusion of the system and mechanism,the lack of teachers,the shortage of community education facilities,the neglect of the actual cultural needs of the elderly,and so on.Therefore,it is an important issue for the development of modern community education to optimize the existing community education structure and achieve the balance between the supply of community education and the demand for education based on the diversified and personalized educational needs of the elderly.This paper takes Zaolin Road Community in Anning District of Lanzhou City as the research object,taking the sixth census data as the basis,and combining with the geriatric education documents issued by the state,Lanzhou and Anning District in recent years as the reference.Using SPSS data analysis software to analyze the current situation of community senior education in Zaolin Road;And Zaolin Road community director,staff and Zaolin Road community part of the elderly interviews,summed up the existing Zaolin Road community elderly education supply problems.Based on the above,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of senior education in Zaolin Road community.It provides a theoretical basis for Zaolin Road community to rationally plan the supply of education for the elderly,to improve the quality of education for the elderly and to promote the development of community education for the elderly in the whole city of Lanzhou. |
