Research On The Social Support Of Entrepreneurial Farmers' Supporting The Aged In The City

Entrepreneurial farmers are a unique group of migrant workers.They enter the city to start their own businesses and make important contributions to China ' s economic and social development.With the rate of advancement of the first batch of migrant workers in advanced cities gradually into the elderly,entrepreneurial migrant workers in urban areas is the choice to support the elderly in the city? Or return home to pension? It has become an important issue before us.Then,does entrepreneurial farmers in urban areas have sufficient and powerful social support for urban retirement? In a certain sense,this is the key to determining whether entrepreneurial farmers in urban areas have the practical feasibility of urban retirement.This paper takes the L market of Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province as a case,and uses social support theory as a tool to conduct empirical research on the social support of the current entrepreneurial rural migrant workers in urban pension.The analysis is based on the relationship between the demand and supply of entrepreneurs and farmers in urban endowment society support.The ternary entities such as government,community,and social forces are the dimensions of the investigation,and a preliminary and systematic analysis of the social support of entrepreneurial farmers entering the city to provide for the aged.First of all,based on the factual data collected from interviews with entrepreneurs and old-age farmers in cities,we analyzed the social support needs of entrepreneurial-type farmers in urban retirement.We found that entrepreneurial farmers in cities have social support fordifferent aged care service providers such as government,community,and social forces.They have different levels and different contents to support the needs of the elderly in the city and have formed a unique support structure for supporting the elderly in the city.Second,through the literature search,field observations,individual interviews,etc.,to inspect the current state of support for entrepreneurs into the city to provide social support for the elderly.It was found that the government,the community,and other social forces provided several social support for the elderly farmers in the urban areas from different levels and in different forms.The social support provided by the old-age farmers in the urban areas was generally small and unbalanced,especially for entrepreneurial farmers.Special social support for special groups in urban retirement is extremely rare.On this basis,through the comparison of the demand and supply of entrepreneurial-style farmers in the urban pension system,this paper analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand supported by entrepreneurial farmers in the urban pension system.(1)The contradiction between the growing demand for social support in urban pensions and the inadequate supply of social support;(2)The contradiction between the diversity of special support for the elderly in the urban community and the disproportion of supply of social support.Then,based on the data obtained from the survey,the paper analyzes in depth the constraints of entrepreneurial urban peasants supporting the elderly in cities.The most important are: limitations of understanding,constraints of institutions,and limitations of capabilities.Finally,according to the analysis of the contradiction between supply and demand and the restricting factors in the urban pension society supporting the entrepreneurial farmers,a number of countermeasures have been put forward to improve the entrepreneurial support for the entrepreneurs in the city.The first is to nurture new environment for entrepreneurs to enter the city to provide for the elderly,the second is to support the pattern of innovation and entrepreneurship in the urban peasants in the city to support the elderly,the third is to improve the enterprise support system for theentrepreneurial type of peasants in the city,the fourth is to enhance the entrepreneurial type The peasants who enter the city are in the city to support social support.
