Research On Cooperation Network Of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives And Its Optimization:Based On Performance-Oriention

Since the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Specialized Farmer Cooperatives" officially implemented in 2007,there has been a sharp increase in number and size of the specialized farmer cooperatives in China.Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China did an investigation,and the result showed that by the end of 2014,the number of specialized farmer cooperatives in China had reached 1.138 million,with an increase of 25.4% compared to last year.Specialized farmer cooperatives in China develop rapidly;however,it is till at the stage of infancy.It will take a long time for traditional cooperatives characterize by collaborate become modern cooperative characterized by modern economic organization.Therefore,we should not only focus on the advanced forms of specialized farmer cooperatives,such as governance structure,but also pay attention on the problems in it.By improving the performance,specialized farmer cooperatives will have a smooth development.The key is the cooperation among the farmers in specialized farmer cooperative.Describe,analyze and optimize the cooperation among the farmers,then promote the performance of specialized farmer cooperative,will have a significant influence on the development of specialized farmer cooperatives in China.Based on this basic idea,this paper proceed with farmers cooperation in specialized farmer cooperatives,by literature research and theoretical analysis,providing theoretical hypothesis and analysis dimension on the cooperation between farmers and specialized farmer cooperatives,builds a theoretical analysis framework one the cooperation network of specialized farmer cooperatives.By case study and empirical analysis,taking XX specialized grape cooperative as an example,using Pajek to build the cooperation network,analyzes the characteristics of this network.This paper explores the specialized farmer cooperatives from three dimensions: network stability,network structure,network resource distribution,finding three problems:(1)The operating target and method of traditional specialized farmer cooperatives are simplify;(2)Member Heterogeneity and stratification;(3)Unbalanced resource control and alienated cooperation.These problems are common problems in the development process of other specialized farmer cooperatives.In the light of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,diversify the operating targets and methods by conduct propaganda and policy;Second,improve the trust mechanism in cooperation network and the top-level design in the reform of the rural system,organically combined the autonomous mechanism and governance mechanism,making the cooperation network seamless;Third,insist on the principle of benefiting the poor while allow the appropriate concentration of resources,construct the two way benefit guarantee mechanism of common members and core members,and optimize of resource allocation in cooperation networks.
