Research On Supporting Policies Of Yulin Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

In recent years,China's farmers' cooperatives have developed rapidly and have grown into an important business entity in the rural market and a major carrier of modern agriculture.They have played an important role in improving the degree of farmers' organization,increasing farmers' market participation rate and releasing the vitality of rural resources.However,in the development process of cooperatives,the imbalance between supply and demand of support policies is widespread,which restricts the further development of cooperatives.Therefore,it is of great significance to further improve the support policy system,enhance the efficiency of the support policy and promote the healthy development of cooperatives to understand the supply and demand situation of the support policy,analyze and summarize the causes of the imbalance between supply and demand of the support policy and put forward optimization suggestions.This paper selects Yulin city as the research object,and makes a systematic study of cooperative support policies from the perspective of policy supply and policy demand.First of all,the domestic and foreign relevant policies to support the development of farmers' cooperatives related literature research,select public policies,supply and demand balance theory as the theoretical basis for this study and elaborate.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire investigation and other ways to understand the development of Yulin farmers' cooperatives and the supply and demand of supporting policies,the main problems of Yulin farmers' cooperatives supporting policies are summarized as insufficient supply of policies,insufficient matching of supply and demand of policies,insufficient implementation of policies and insufficient daily supervision of cooperatives.Then analyze the causes of the problems in the supporting policies.The main reasons include the lack of deep policy research,insufficient enforcement supervision,weak legal awareness and ineffective coordination betweendepartments.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening legal awareness,supervising according to laws and regulations,perfecting policy system,strengthening policy implementation,and ensuring policy supply,etc.,so as to promote the further development of cooperatives and give full play to their positive role in the structural reform of agricultural supply side and the revitalization of villages.
