A Study On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

The party organization at the basic level in rural areas is the core of the party's leadership and the basis of combat in various undertakings in rural areas.To strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations,related to theparty's rural socialundertakings development,related to social harmony and stabilityin rural areas,related toChina's realization of the well-offsociety and realize the "China dream" goal,so strengthen the research of the construction of rural grassroots party organizations is particularly important.In this paper,Dabu County in Meizhou city of Guangdong Province as the research object,using the method of data collection,literature research,system analysis and interviews and other empirical research methods of Dabu County Rural Grass-roots Party organizationconstruction status,characteristics,effects and problems and challenges are studied,andcombined with the author many yearsof experience in grass-roots work and some suggestions on the existing problems.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly including the problem,research purpose and significance,research methods and ideas,the definition of the concept;the second part is literature review,mainly in the past five years has been on the construction of rural grassroots part-yorganizations and summarizing the research results;the third part analysis theconstruction of Dabu County Rural Grassroots Party organizations,mainly on the Dabu County Rural Grass-roots Party organization construction status,characteristics and function describes the challenges and problems;the fourth part isthe construction of Dabu County Rural Grass-roots Party organization is facing,pointed out the main existing construction of Dabu County Rural Grass-roots Party organization problems and challenges;the fifth part is the countermeasuresto strengthen the the construction me-asures of Dabu County Rural Grass-rootsParty organizations,some countermeasures are put forward to the existing problems;the sixth part is the main conclusions and discussion,The conclusion ofthe paper and the deficiency of the paper and the direction of further research.
