Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Service Party Organization

Rural grassroots party organizations and services with distinctive Chinese characteristics, China is in transition, the organizational foundation of rural social management innovation to help promote the organization building the Communist Party of China, to correct style of work, and the masses and serving the people, therefore, the promotion of the study reform, development and stability of China’s rural society has important practical significance and value of the times. Zunyi City of Guizhou Province rural grassroots party organizations and services primarily through the mobilization of cadres of village cadres to take grassroots party members, regular visits, twinning, etc., in real-time implementation of the civil agency, farming village, the realization of the grassroots party organizations to decentralization, more maximize grassroots party organizations to improve self-management skills. In this paper, the Marxist theory of party service and Western classical sociological theory structure- function theory as the theoretical framework of analysis, at the grass-roots party organizations in transition background of the progressive realization of rural grassroots party organizations serving party members and cadres, party members and cadres to serve the people of mutual style self-service mode.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. I mainly fro m the background and basic services of rural party building put forward, the basic definit ion, significance, the theoretical basis and research status, research ideas and methods, foc us on a systematic interpretation. The second part is a combination of performance Z Cou nty, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, M County, part of the township of rural grassroots par ty organizations and services acquired empirical analysis. The results show that: the local party organizations at all levels to serve the people through innovative township model, th at the Party Building by Industrial activate village economic development, even the heart of the party to carry out household activities to raise awareness of serving the masses of party members and improve local agricultural productivity and farmers’ production enthusi asm of the masses of the way, aimed at cracking sense of service and service teams buil ding the capacity of rural grassroots party organizations appearing in the process of servin g the people is not strong, the village party branch organization set up,the village party branch organization set up and safeguard mechanism is not perfect, service platform and support service activities construction is single and so on. The third part is a part of the problem raised, combined with the actual survey results, conducted for the selection of p aths studies. It includes: enhance service awareness, improve service teams to build capaci ty and improve the organization set up security mechanism, improve the content service p latform construction and other aspects. The fourth part is the conclusion part. Research fi ndings and research limitations of this article was explained. Conclusions show that the c onstruction of rural grassroots party organizations should be more emphasis on service fro m the previous one dollar, rigidity, one-way mode of management to diversity, interactive, flexible service model changes, namely, the rural grass-roots party members and cadres t o achieve through a more flexible work, such as persuasion, mobilization, coordination, de monstration and cooperation are deep into the process of serving the masses to further cla rify the village party building development ideas. In summary, I believe that only by full y grasp the pulse of the current grass-roots party organizations and services in our countr y, there are plans to carry out targeted help promote the good work of the masses is to solve farmers’ production and living in rural areas and promote economic restructuring an d development important issues.
