Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Service Type Party Organization In Tieling County

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of a new socialist countryside in China has been rapidly advanced and its development achievements have been remarkable.How to continue to promote the rapid development of agriculture and rural undertakings in the new era has become an important issue of concern to the whole society.The development of agriculture and rural areas fundamentally depends on the leadership of the party.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the building of the party's grassroots organizations.In the political party system of our country,the rural party organization has the largest number,the closest to the masses,and the most basic status.Therefore,it is the front line for rural work and the concrete implementer of our rural work.The party attaches great importance to rural work,and the annual No.1 document focuses on agricultural issues and rural issues.This puts new demands on the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.This study consists of six parts.The first part introduces the research significance and research background of this paper.On this basis,it introduces the research status of this topic at home and abroad,and then expounds the main content and research methods of this paper;the second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis;Partly introduces the general situation and existing problems of rural grassroots party organizations in Tieling City,conducts an in-depth investigation on the general situation of rural grassroots party organizations in various districts and counties of Tieling City,and finds out the "leadership role" and "service grassroots" of Tieling rural grassroots party organizations.In terms of the specific situation,it is concluded that the rural grassroots party organizations have the problem of lack of service.On this basis,the reasons for the construction of the grassroots service-oriented party organization in Tieling rural areas are analyzed.The fourth part is the main countermeasure to strengthen the construction of grassroots service-oriented party organizations in rural areas in Tieling South.This part puts forward specific measures for the construction of rural grassroots service-oriented party organizations in Tieling,namely,strengthening ideas and skills,improving the service awareness and ability of grassroots party members and cadres;improving the service system of rural grassroots organizations,standardizing service content and standards;and innovating rural grassroots organization service methods.Improve the service mechanism;strengthen internal and external supervision of rural society to ensure the effectiveness of rural grassroots organizations.Strengthening the construction of service-oriented organizations is conducive to improving the service quality of higher-level party organizations to lower-level party organizations,is conducive to improving the service quality of party organizations to party members,and is conducive to improving the service quality of party members to the masses.From this point of view,service-oriented construction is of great significance to grassroots party organizations.
