Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Chinese Government Purchase Public Services In The Era Of Big Data

In recent years,Chinese political economy has been developing rapidly and has achieved a proud achievement.However,in the process of implementing supply-side reform,the problems are increasingly complex,especially in the purchase of public services.New technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing and big data have been applied and promoted,and the government is urgently required to solve the contradiction between the supply of public services and the dislocations of the service demand of citizens.This article analyzes the development course and general situation of government purchase of public service in the background of big data finding that the application of relevant technologies in the purchase of public service activities in the big data era has been paid attention by some local governments and made some beneficial explorations.However,because the Chinese government big data analysis and rational effective use of the concept is not strong,government workers underpowered,government service organization design is not science,and public service purchase lack of institutional guarantee system still exists,lead to the Chinese government under the background in the era of big data to buy phenomenon of the lack of public services is still very serious embodying in: the lack of internal environment of purchasing public services,construction of information platform,operation and performance evaluation.This paper analyzes and studies the great achievements made by the countries represented by Singapore,Australia and Britain in purchasing public services under the background of big data era,concluded that can draw lessons from the related theory and practical application,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as accelerating informational development and construction in public service trade,improving the environment of purchase in public services,and innovating of evaluation mechanism of public service transaction.
