Research On Matching Problem Of Public Goods And Supplier With Linguistic Assessment Information

The study on public goods in our country is more focus on theories study than empirical study,and the research on the interactive way of public goods and supply.So this paper researches the best match models of public goods and suppliers in view of the two-sided matching.This research can provide practical advice for effective supply of public goods and local administration reform in our country.By conducting a reasonable review on current literature of public goods,this paper finds that there is no research on applying two-sided matching on public goods and suppliers.Meanwhile,because of the complicated environment and hesitation and fuzziness of human thing,decision information is more realistic in the form of language phrases to express.The types of public goods and suppliers are divided according to their manifestation and degree of government involvement respectively.Based on this,analyze the match degree of public goods and suppliers by using linguistic assessment match model.This paper takes advantage of two-tuple linguistic to solve the model to draw a conclusion.The conclusion is that the best suppliers of education,employment and public transport respectively are government-domination,government-participation and PPP model,and the cooperation of private and NPO is not match of any of them.What's more,use the current situation of education,public transport and employment to verify the conclusion and demonstrate this method's effectiveness and practicability,give the solutions of the problem as well.
