Study On The Construction Of Silicicillin Water In Qingyuan District Of Baoding City

The Party's report clearly states,"We must strive to build a beautiful China and realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation." For the first time,the concept of "beautiful countryside" in the construction of new countryside is put forward clearly at the national level.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the 19 th National Congress to implement the rural revitalization strategy,to adhere to agriculture,rural priority development,accelerate the Advancement of agriculture,rural modernization;We must firmly follow the road of civilized development marked by "production development,prosperity and ecological well-being",build a beautiful China and create a favorable environment for the people to produce and live in.Since this year,all over the country to accelerate the construction of new countryside,the construction of beautiful villages,so that the village more beautiful,better environment,more rich villagers.Accelerate the pace of the construction of beautiful countryside,first do a good job of the investigation and research on the construction of beautiful countryside,conducive to the construction of beautiful countryside work better.Based on the theory and practice of the relevant beautiful villages and countryside construction in China,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,investigation and case analysis.The main research contents are the present situation,construction situation and some cases of beautiful villages in qingyuan district of baoding city,and the main problems exist in the current construction of beautiful villages in baoding city.The author thinks that the main problems are the shortage of funds,the lack of rural culture,the unbalanced income of village collectives,and the imperfect construction of grass-roots party organizations,and discusses the reasons for these problems.Five suggestions are put forward,namely,strengthening the construction of Party organization in rural areas and quality construction of villagers;Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas;Rationalize the relationship between government and society;Strengthen rural moral construction and inherit rural culture;Develop "agricultural ecological demonstration village + garden industry" industry model.
