Study On Beautiful Country Construction In New Era

In 2012,the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new concept of “building a beautiful country” for the first time.In 2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of CPC proposed the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The construction of beautiful countryside is a concrete action to promote beautiful China and an important part of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In the new era when China's principal social contradiction has changed,and in the year of the realization of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the construction of beautiful countryside,as an indispensable part of the construction of a beautiful China,is an important starting point to solve the three rural issues,an important measure to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and an inevitable requirement to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The construction of beautiful countryside is faced with the old problems including poor infrastructure,shortage of talents and funds,and the new problems including “hollow village”,the aging of rural population,and the difficulty of poverty alleviation etc.Beautiful countryside is a part of beautiful China.The construction of beautiful countryside is a stage of rural construction in China.From the perspective of historical development,on the basis of fully learning from the existing theoretical achievements,this thesis sorts out firstly the rural construction process since the founding of new China,and then summarizes the current situation of beautiful rural construction,linking the experience of rural construction in China with the problems in the current beautiful rural construction,thus,explores the Countermeasures of rural construction in China,and further promotes the theory and practice of “beautiful rural construction” in China in depth.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part combs the construction history of beautiful countryside.First of all,looking back on the process of the construction of beautiful countryside.Secondly,under the guidance of Marx and Engels' theory of rural construction,this thesis summarizes the thoughts of the leading collective of the CPC Central Committee on China's rural construction represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.Thirdly,it summarizes the construction process of rural construction in three stages: period of the founding of new China,period of the reform and opening up before 21 th century,and period of 21 th century.And it reviewed history from two aspects of theory and practice,to sum up experience and provide a starting point for the construction of beautiful countryside.The second part,the thesis summarizes the specific practice of the construction of beautiful countryside in the new era,including the practical requirements,main measures and successful models of the construction of beautiful countryside.And it focused on the analysis of the representative,Anji,a rural development model,from which to summarize the experience of rural construction.The third part,the thesis analyzes the problems faced by the construction of beautiful countryside in the new era,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Since the proposal of beautiful rural construction,the country has issued a series of policies and measures in rural construction,such as rural revitalization,targeted poverty alleviation and so on,which have achieved certain results.However,in the year of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the critical period of climbing,we still face challenges such as poor infrastructure,lack of talent funds,difficulty in poverty alleviation and weak civilization,which need us to deal with.
