A Study On The Judicial Credibility In China 's Construction Under The Rule Of Law

The judicial credibility is the ability of the main body of public power and the public to obtain the trust in the judicial activities. In the critical period of strategic opportunities, the development of contemporary China is faced with opportunities and challenges. The judicial credibility crisis has become a key and difficult problem that has been focus of national attention, academic concern, social hot debate, the focus of public concern. Although China’s justice is constantly in progress, the credibility of the judiciary is still a problem.
