A Research On The Application Of Group Work In Improving The Interaction Of Urban Community Neighbors

Neighbourhood relations are important social relations that affect people's well-being and social stability.In recent years,the expansion of the city's scale has also had a strong impact on people's lifestyles.Changes in the housing structure and neighbourhood relations are typical products of this phenomenon.Large-scale commercial housing quickly replaced collective housing and work unit-style family house,which objectively restricts the links between neighbors of urban community residents.In addition,the pace of life and work of modern people is accelerating.Their concept of privacy and independence are constantly strengthened.It also weakens the interaction between neighbors in terms of subjectivity,and the relationship between neighbors is gradually becoming unfamiliar.The community is an important work area for social work.Promoting community interactions,enhancing neighborhood solidarity and integrating community resources are the goals of community work.In this study,the author aims to explore the application value of group work methods in enhancing the interactive level of urban community neighborhoods.In this study,the author took the X community in Baoding City,Hebei Province as an example.Firstly,the questionnaires and interviews were used to collect information on the current status of the neighborhood interaction in the community,and it was concluded that there is a low level of understanding and communication frequency in the X community neighborhood interactions.Low depth,strong willingness to interact,but low satisfaction.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the interactive needs of residents' neighborhoods and the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention,10 people from the community are recruited to serve as the service targets.The group work involves 10 activities and is conducted in four phases.After the intervention of the group work,the degree of understanding among the group members deepened,the way of interaction gradually changed from superficial to in-depth,satisfaction with the status quo of the neighborhood interaction and willingness to communicate increased,and the expected effect of enhancing the interaction of neighborhoods in the urban community was received.Finally,from the three aspects of professional methods and service concepts,planning activities and timing,and adjusting activity plans,we summed up the experiences and inspirations of the intervention of group work,from expanding the scope of practice to enhance neighborhood interaction,and broadly carrying out practical work to enhance the interaction between neighbors.Improving the professional social work to improve the function of the interaction in the neighborhood,vigorously disseminate and promote the excellent neighborhood culture,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
