The Study On Constructing The Harmonious Neighborhood Relationship Of The Floating Population Gathered Community

With the economic and social development and the reform of the rural system,the barriers between urban and rural areas are gradually being broken.A large number of migrant workers moved to cities and made tremendous contribution.Commercial housing made them to settle in city.They left their hometowns and separated from the original social contacts.Interaction between neighbors became their main social source.However,the frequency of neighborhood interaction is getting lower,and the depth,purpose,and form of neighborhood exchanges have also changed.This has become an important factor affecting community development and social harmony.Investigating the problem of migrant populations living in neighbourhoods of communities and using professional methods of social work to intervene in building a harmonious neighborhood community is of great significance in enhancing the well-being of residents,improving the neighborhood relations of urban communities,and strengthening socialist spiritual civilization.This article is divided into six chapters:Chapter one,Introduction.This chapter reviews the background,research significance and research status at home and abroad,defines related concepts and theories,and elaborates main research contents and research methods.Chapter two,the basic situation of XJ community and the status analysis of the neighborhood relationship.We surveyed the current situation of the neighborhood of the XJ community,analyzed the survey data using SPSS and other methods to understand the community residents' needs for the problems of the neighborhood.Chapter three,Social work involves the planning and implementation of migrant populations living in communities.Mainly based on the analysis of the current situation and needs analysis,using professional social work methods to participate in the XJ community,carry out a series of community activities,elaborated on the activities of planning and implementation.Chapter four,effectiveness evaluation and reflection.Through the use of multiple assessment methods to assess the effectiveness of social work activities and reflections.Chapter five,analysis of countermeasures,summarizes relevant experience,and proposes reasonable suggestions.The last is a summary of the study.
