Study On Group Work Intervention Of Community Inmates' The Interaction Anxiety

In the process of gradually promoting community correction work,building a community correction system with Chinese characteristics and effectively improving the quality of education correction are important contents of the correction work.As an important part of the education correction of community inmates,the way to correct the interaction anxiety needs to be completed urgently.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce new methods and techniques,which provides a juncture for art therapy to intervene in the anxiety of community inmates.The research question in this paper is how does art therapy group intervene and solve the problem of interaction anxiety among community inmates.On the one hand,this research can help community inmates solve the problem of interaction anxiety.On the other hand,it also expands and enriches the research perspective and research content of community inmates' education correction,which can promote the localization of art therapy theory to push forward the development of community corrections for inmates and assist community inmates to better integrate into society.Based on the perspective of art therapy,this paper mainly uses qualitative research methods to systematically study group work intervention of community inmates' the interaction anxiety.The research pays attention to the current state of the interaction anxiety and feasibility of art therapy intervention.In the way of art therapy group,through the use of painting therapy,reading therapy and sand table treatment,the intervention anxiety of community inmates is implemented,which clarify the dilemma of interaction anxiety,establish positive interaction cognition and shape healthy interaction behaviors.So the problem of community inmates' anxiety is gradually solved.And then evaluate and reflect on the issue of art therapy involved in this process.The study found that:Firstly,the main source of anxiety of community inmates is the negative evaluation of self,especially the perception of their own "criminal".Secondly,the art therapy group activities guided by the theoretical basis of art therapy have a significant effect on the interaction anxiety among community inmates,which can help the community inmates to solve interaction anxiety especially through painting therapy,reading therapy and sand table treatment.Finally,when art therapy applies to the interaction anxiety of community inmates,social workers should focus on the following points.The first is to grasp the needs of the community inmates.The second is to master the art therapy media.The third is to combine the problem-oriented needs of inmates with art therapy perfectly.The fourth is based on the performance of the community inmates to develop the most suitable formula.And the fifth is to link the power of multiple parties and implement specific behaviors in order to consolidate the efficacy.
