Since the end of the 20 th century,China's urbanization has been advancing rapidly,and community development has been progressing rapidly and efficiently.The composition of Chinese cities has evolved from hutongs,courtyards,lanes,and new villages into various "commodity housing residential communities",so that there is a lack of communication between neighbors.As the relationship becomes more estranged,it is particularly important to break down barriers between neighborhood contacts and meet people's emotional needs for harmonious neighborhood relations,carry out rich community activities,build a platform for neighborhood communication,and enhance neighborhood interaction.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey methods,supplemented by interviews and observation methods to analyze and judge the status and causes of community neighborhood relations.The survey found that the awareness and communication between the neighborhoods of M community are relatively low,and there is no effective communication platform.Among them,the objective factors that affect the neighborhood communication of the M community mainly include: the short establishment time of the community,the heterogeneity of the residents,and the problems of the community organization.Subjective factors are mainly related to the psychological factors of residents.They are unwilling to trouble people,and people are more and more "polite",and the convenience brought by technology has changed the living conditions.These factors have affected the harmonious development of neighborhood relations.Building an "good neighborhood community" online communication platform can not only provide residents with a convenient platform for neighborhood communication,but also use the online platform to collect residents' appeals,which is conducive to the effective resolution of community problems.Carry out a series of targeted group and community intervention activities offline to provide residents with opportunities and platforms for neighborhood exchanges.The use of online and offline collaborative operation models will encourage residents to actively participate in group and community activities and activate community neighborhood exchanges.Atmosphere,enhance community cohesion,promote the development of harmonious and friendly neighborhood relations,thereby enhancing residents' well-being and sense of belonging to the community;on the other hand,it can also improve the service level of community workers and play a role in serving neighborhood relationsof urban community residents Function and provide reference data for decision-making for relevant functional departments.This research has certain practical guidance significance.
