Research On Rural Community Governance From The Perspective Of Participatory Governance

In China,the issue of rural governance has always been a social issue that the Party Central Committee has been paying close attention to.In recent years,with the needs of rural economic development and the progress of urbanization,traditional rural governance models have been unable to meet social needs,especially in rural areas.The emergence of the community has broken the existing order of rural social management.In the past,the government-led and cooperative community governance model has shown its limitations,even unreasonable,and the participatory rural community governance model is developed gradually under such a background.This article focuses on the research of rural community governance.First of all,it summarizes the status quo of governance of rural communities at home and abroad.Through the elaboration of related concepts and theories,it has a deeper understanding of the issues of community governance.Then,by sorting out the three governance models existing in our country's rural community governance,we have clarified its limitations for rural development in the new era,and summed up the various manifestations of current rural community governance problem from the perspective of participatory governance.The various problems that have emerged,namely,imperfect laws and regulations,underdeveloped rural community economic development,inaccurate positioning of government roles,weak awareness of active participation by residents,and incomplete construction of rural community self-government organizations,from political systems,economic development and Social and cultural aspects have comprehensively analyzed the causes of the problems.Finally,based on the problems existing in the governance of rural communities,from the participatory perspective,summed up the suggestions for countermeasures: to strengthen the institutional construction to ensure that residents participate in governance;to create a good external environment,to consolidate the basis for residents to participate;to strengthen the main role of residents in community governance;Play a market role to meet multiple needs.This paper mainly uses literature research,theoretical analysis and systematic analysis to study the governance of rural communities.Through reading literature data,we have known the current situation of research on the governance of rural communities by seniors,and conducted in-depth analysis of their research results.The main content of the research needs to be more clearly defined,and the direction of research is pointed out;through governance theory and participatory The comparative analysis of governance theory shows that the participatory governance theory has practical significance and practicality for the governance of the current rural community;it regards all governance subjects in the process of rural community governance in China as an organic whole,and the realization of good governance of rural communities requires the role of the main body.From the perspective of participatory governance,the system fully analyzes the role of governance entities involved in the governance of rural communities,analyzes the problems and causes of governance in rural communities,and finally proposes countermeasures.
