Study On Value Education For Rural Youth In Shangluo Region

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,poverty alleviation,crucial work throughout the country and how to carry out comprehensive cadre masses together,common for implementation in 2020 comprehensive poverty alleviation pick cap contribution strength,is the crucial key battleground out of poverty in rural areas.The main force of rural youth is to fight poverty tough,besides precision policy support,more important is must depend on the rural youth’s own hard work,take the initiative to make contributions to rural poverty to pick a hat.However,in the process of alleviating economic poverty,some rural youth started to have the “waiting-depending-wanting” thinking and wait for the good policy of the country to come to their doors.In some areas,even the phenomenon of “supporting lazy people” occurs,resulting in the lack of internal impetus for the development and prosperity of rural economy.The reason for this is that the rural youth values have been disoriented.Shangluo region is a deep poverty-stricken area in Shaanxi province,which has a difficult task.The rural population accounts for 58% of the total population,and the poverty level is deep and the poverty level is wide.This article takes rural youth of Shangluo prefecture as the research object,through questionnaire survey,interviews and other forms of its values education present situation has carried on the research,found that most of the rural youth has certain positive performance in values,such as: patriotism,advocating civilized progress,looking forward to fairness and justice,to realize own value,etc.But there are still lack of the Marxist theory of knowledge learning initiative and the ideal faith is not high,spiritual emptiness,value standard,blind,traditional culture value conception and a series of problems.Dig deeper into the reasons of the existence of the main is the impact of the multiple values,the local government departments,the lack of work values education,family environment factors and rural youth itself in the values of self cultivation and practice enough.Therefore,must be fully combined with the current time background and the reality of Shangluo prefecture,integrate social forces,and actively mobilize the rural youth’s own endogenous impetus,social Lord justice core value concept as the core content,conform to the requirements of the strategy of rejuvenating rural and new countryside building of a new era of actual rural youth.In particular is: social main just the leading role of core value view,and enhance the cohesion function of collectivism,give full play to their role as the carrier of the new media,strengthening the Marxist ideology in the rural areas of dominant position;To further improve the local government’s working practice on education of rural youth values,combine positive and reverse constraints,and improve the system mechanism of value evaluation;Play the role of education of family affinity ethics,create a harmonious family atmosphere,update parents education concept,inherit good family style,and guide the formation of correct values of rural youth;To stimulate the consciousness of the rural youth in Shangluo region,to strengthen the capacity of scientific and cultural reserve and to enrich the family,conscientiously cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
