A Study On Management Innovation Of Central Business District From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Based on the social governance framework of joint building and sharing proposed in the 13 th Five-Year Plan of China,this paper studies current governance and innovation of Yinchuan Yuehaiwan CBD.After analyzing current problems and the reasons of Yuehaiwan CBD and examples in building and management from foreign CBDs,this paper comes systematically to a coordinated service and co-management mode with the purpose of multi-governance management,which is suitable for the development of Yinchuan Yuehaiwan CBD.This paper contributes both theoretically and practically to improve managing efficiency and development of Yinchuan Yuehaiwan CBD.Meanwhile,it gives an example to CBD governance mode in the transformation period of China.This paper mainly consists of five chapters.Chapter 1 is introduction,giving background information and meaning of the study,research of contents and methods;Chapter 2 is the theory of study and literature review,including related concepts and theories on CBD and public governance;Chapter 3 is the study on current management situation of Yinchuan Yuehaiwan CBD,including the research on construction background,current state and development significance,which demonstrates its changing in governance mode and summarizes its practice;Chapter 4 further analyzes the problems that have been existed,including low development quality,insufficient communication,low service level;including the lack of multi-governance,unworkable coordinated service,and underdevelopment in governance methods.Chapter 5 is mainly about suggestions,gives practical examples in management of successful foreign CBDs,including building multi-governance management,developing a network of CBD management construction and improving functions of governing methods;And the last part is conclusion.
