Research On The Thoughts And Practice Innovations Of Community Governance In China

This research takes "history" as the main line,comprehensively uses literature review,comparative research and case studies to find the basic conclusions of the research through reviewing and reflecting on the development process of community governance thoughts and practice innovations in China:Firstly,the history of the development of community governance in China for 70 years is a process of continuous innovation in the thoughts and practice of community governance.The two are interconnected and interact with each other in the development process.Secondly,China has formed a relatively complete and scientific thought of community governance,and it has been proved by practice that it is a scientific thought that can effectively guide the development of the community in line with the reality of the country.Thirdly,in the new era,China's community governance practice has achieved remarkable results in innovation,laying a solid foundation for enriching the thought of community governance and deepening the practice innovation of community governance.Since the founding of New China 70 years ago,the emergence and development of China's community governance thoughts can be roughly divided into three milestones due to their different historical backgrounds and significance.At the same time,China has accumulated rich practical experience in the practice of community governance in the past 70 years.Generally speaking,the emergence and development of China's community governance practice model has gone through three stages.The practice model of each stage clearly reflects the characteristics of the leading thoughts of community governance at that time,and laid a certain foundation for the further development of community governance thoughts.Therefore,it can be said that the emergence and development process of the thoughts and practice model of community governance in China are interrelated and mutually influential.In recent years,cities across China have carried out various innovative efforts in community governance,and achieved remarkable successes.The research summarizes the typical cases of community governance innovations carried out in Chaoyang District of Beijing,Jianye District of Nanjing and Chenghua District of Chengdu,and providing a reference for proposing countermeasures to deepen the practice and innovation of community governance.: Firstly,consolidate the leadership of the Party in community governance and promote the development of communitygovernance via grassroots Party building;secondly,build a co-governing model to form community governance synergy;thirdly,build a new-type interactive relationship between the government and communities and clarify the rights and responsibilities between the two parties;fourthly,optimize the mechanism for prevention and resolution of community conflicts and disputes through multiple channels to lay a solid foundation for deepening community governance;fifthly,improve the ability of community governance by improving the ability to implement scientific and modern community governance methods.
