On The Legislative Perfection Of Labor And Social Security Rights Of Women In The Reproductive Stage

Labor rights are women's rights as equal subjects of society.For a long time,women are discriminated on employment because of procreation and even lost their jobs because of more family responsibilities.Women's labor rights are hampered.The problem is highlighted by changes in the country's fertility policy.Improving the social security rights in childbearing can balance the burden of childbearing on the part of the State,employers and families,and help to eliminate obstacles that women have to realize through their labor rights.The author tries to analyze the close relationship between women's labor rights and social security rights and national reproductive policies and related legal systems by using legal theory and gender theory.From the comprehensive analysis of the existing legal system and the social objective situation,we can find the key of the problem.In order to better protect the rights of labor and social security in the female reproductive stage,the author puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the legal system of labor and social security in the female procreation stage in terms of maternity leave,childbirth social security,care facilities and equal employment.
