In the critical period of economic transition and social transformation, various contradictions and problems have been highlighted, resulting in frequent occurrence of emergencies at all levels, which has a significant impact on people's production and livelihood and has seriously hindered the development of the current Chinese society.Researches show that many factors will affect the behavior of decision-makers and emergency audiences,in which the decision-making situation is particularly important.Different decision-making situations will lead to different cognitive orientations, which affect the judgments of the decision-makers and the public, and then affect their decision-making behavior. As a kind of psychological distance, social distance is one of the important decision-making situations in emergencies.Compared with the existing research,we add social distance factors to decision-makers when making decisions, which is more suitable for decision-making situations of emergencies and provides scientific advice for effective response to emergencies.Taking flood disaster as the research background, combined with E-prime and eye-tracking technology,we analyze the influence of perceived social distance on framing effect of risk decision in the context of emergencies by analyzing the result data and eye movement data.Firstly,we collect and retrospect the effects of frame effect and psychological distance on decision making.Based on that, the research route, research contents and research methods are determined.Secondly, the related concepts and theories of risk decision-making,social distance and frame effect are expounded.Meanwhile, the principles of eye tracking technology and related indicators of eye movement are introduced.Through combing and analyzing the above relevant content,it provides theoretical support for the research hypothesis and experimental design of this paper.Thirdly, based on the existing research results and the purpose of the paper, the research hypothesis is proposed. In order to verify the framing effect of risk decision-making under the background of flood disasters,a pre survey questionnaire survey was carried out.The whole experiment process was combed, and the eyemovement experiments under different social distance were designed. Finally,we analyze, contrast and discuss the behavioral data and eye-movement data obtained from the two set of experiments.According to the conclusions obtained, the paper puts forward concrete suggestions on practice from the perspective of the decision makers of emergency management, the angle of the audience of the emergency and the reasonable guidance of the public media.
