Political attitudes that govern people’s reactions to political systems,institutions,events,perceptions and political actors in a particular way are the direct motivations for responding to political phenomena.If the attitude of approval favors the stability of the political system,then the attitude of opposition will have an adverse effect;and vice versa.Of course,it is not the personal political attitude that can impact the foundation of the political stability of the country,but a collection of political attitudes.When the public’s attitude towards a political goal is more consistent or sharp,it may have a favorable or adverse impact on the political stability of the country.In recent years,along with the great development of the country’s political economy,the new generation of migrant workers in the era of social transition gradually occupy the main position of migrant workers and become an important force for the construction and development of the country.Due to its large population,younger age structure,high education,high expectation,high demand and low tolerance,the group is also facing serious social problems such as medical treatment,education,employment and marriage in its integration into the cities,seriously affecting the formation and development of political attitude of the group.Therefore,how to cultivate and enhance the enthusiasm of the group’s political attitudes has become a problem that our party and government urgently need to be concerned about and solved.This study mainly selected the first-line workers of factory workers in the new generation of migrant workers in Weifang City as the sample,adopting the methods of literature analysis,qualitative research and empirical research,and tried to clarify the following questions: The political attitude of the new generation of migrant workers in the end by Several dimensions form,the status quo?How does the basic personal attributes of the new generation of migrant workers affect their political attitudes? The new generation of migrant workers in the formation of political attitudes in the process of what are the impact of political and social factors,the impact of how,to what extent the difference? In addition,the new generation of migrant workers political awareness of political attitudes how? How does the political attitude affect the pro-migrant workers’ political behavior? What is the relationship between political awareness,attitude and behavior?
