An Empirical Research On The Political Identity Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Henan

According to the current labor market,whether in the field of construction or in the food and beverage industry,we are able to find a large number of 80 s and 90 s as the new generation of migrant workers.As a large number of new groups,their own characteristics are in the transition period of constantly changing,and their thoughts are also in a transition period of the ideological orientation of country and society.Therefore,the change of behavior and thought of them in the future will directly determine the characteristics and attributes of China's new generation of migrant workers.The political identify of the group will has a direct impact on China's political stability and the formulation and implementation of policy.Henan province is not only the province with most population in China,but also a large province that transports and maintains most migrant workers in China.It is an typical province in the country,so this paper takes Henan province as the research object for the new generation of migrant workers,takes political identity as research theme,and does future analysis on the ideas and behavior of the new generation of migrant workers.This paper is based on the questionnaire and interview,doing study of the new generation of the migrant workers in Henan Province.The empirical study shows that the new generation of migrant workers political identity has the following characteristics: First,the author found that the new generation of migrant workers political identity is gradually appearing,but the identification should be improved;Secondly,the system identity is not balanced,and the identity is weak;Finally,their indentify with the political authority various,but has clear hierarchy.In order to have a comprehensive discussion to the subject,the writer studied from the actual situation of Henan Province,and did analysis based on the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers political identity.The results showed that the current phenomenon was largely caused by the interaction of the following aspects.In the economic level,the interests of the demand is not satisfied;From politics aspect,the sense of political efficacy of new generation of migrant workers is low;At the cultural level,they are influenced by their dependence of the rural traditional path on one hand,and they accept the new city culture on the other hand.The conflict of different culture is also deeply affect their political identity;At the social level,the society rejection caused by their survival situation between culture cracks would certainly affect their political cognition.Considering above factors,the author realized that in order to solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers of the political aspects,you can start from the following aspects: First,improve the political system of the new generation of migrant workers.However the system design must consider the demands,reduce the cost of interest,strengthen the supporting measures and ensure the realization of the interests of the new generation of migrant workers during the regulation of the operation of the system;Second,further cultivate the political consciousness of migrant workers,enhance their sense of political efficacy,and to optimize the response of the government,improve the external efficiency;Third,to guide the transformation of their ideas,to break their traditional sense of limitation,and to cultivate their modern consciousness,to weaken the limit of the concept conflict of double idea for the new generation of migrant workers;Finally,create a good environment for their survival,change the status quo,further promote the reform of the household registration system,eliminate the restriction of urban integration,promote the sharing of social welfare,and guarantee the realization of their social rights.
