Since the State Council founded the Administrative Examination and Approval System Reform Leading Group in 2001,there has been multiple comprehensive and in-depth reforms from central to local levels of public security organizations.The examination and approval process has been not only integrated and standardized but also digitalized,which is a very significant achievement.However,there are still several problems regarding the community public security reform on administrative examination and approval system:lack of legitimacy,insufficiency of process standardization and difficulties in integrated and digitalized service.Whether they can be solved effectively has a direct impact on whether the reform is successful,whether the principle of governing the country by law is implemented,and whether citizens can benefit from the reform.Therefore,the study on the community public security reform of administrative examination and approval system has important practical implications.The future of the community public security reform of the administrative examination and approval system should be based on the concept of service-oriented government and the overall government.Firstly,the power of administrative examination and approval should be further clarified.Secondly,the examination and approval process should be more standardized.Thirdly,the integrated examinationand approval model should be realistic and practical.Fourthly,the service platform should be further integrated.Lastly,to break down the obstacles to the operation of the examination and approval authority on the Internet.
