Research On Implementation Status Of County Government's Power List System

This paper intends to start from the implementation of the status of administrative permission power list(or the list of administrative licensing items)from Y county government of Guizhou Province,and finds that in the course of implementing the list of administrative permission power,the county government has the administrative permission to doubt or even violate the law Issues,the lack of an effective dynamic management mechanism after the announcement of the list and the failure of the power list itself to be implemented effectively,and further probed the possible causes,including the setting of administrative licensing itself rather vague,the normalization and legalization of the power bill system To a lesser extent,there is resistance to the benign operation of county administration power.From the above aspects,it is suggested to make up for the shortcomings of the relevant laws and regulations of the administrative license,to promote the normalization and legalization of the power list system and the benign operation of the county government administration power so as to perfect the implementation effect of the administrative permission power list at the county level government.
