Based on the theory of "abstract ladder" and the theory of "professional degree of language"(the latter is extracted from the "readability of newspapers and periodicals" theory),this article constructs a "two-dimensional semantic framework" with "concrete-abstract" and "common-professional".All the languages in the lyric expression are divided into four types."concrete-common" language is specifically expressed as a language that describes basic facts. It also includes remarks made by netizens in the process of participating in discussions to express emotions and events. The "concrete-professional" language is specifically represented by specific analysis or legal problems;"abstract-common" language, specifically embodied in the discussion of the basic values in the public opinion discussion;"abstract-professional" language, specifically embodied in the philosophical nature of a certain events. Then,“Jiang Ge Case” and “Yuan Huan Case” were selected as research cases. They both happened in 2017.Those who participate in the public opinion events were divided into “opinion leaders” and “general netizens”.Then, after defining the “life cycle” of each events,i classify people's opinions according to the “two-dimensional semantic framework”,and viewing the presentation of the four languages in different periods and different participates under the “two-dimensional semantic framework”.According to the analysis,I can draw some conclusions.Firstly,"concrete" language precedes "abstract" language.Secondly, the expression of "abstract" language is the result of "leader of opinion",the users of the four languages are different. And there are differences on the degrees for netizens to understand those languages.Since the development of the Internet, the public sentiment incident has become a natural platform with which participates could easily get attracted, and the identity of participants has become more and more complex, which has increased the difficulty of public opinion guidance. On the one hand, media should strengthen the self-regulation,on the other hand, the authoritative commentary should avoid the time of publications which are keen on stimulating people's emotion. Finally,it is necessary to strengthen media education and the construction of social trust, raise citizens' awareness of the rules of law.
