Empirical Research Of Community Governance Innovation Of Lin Jiang Gang Wan Community In Wuhan Qingshan District

Shantytowns transformation is a beneficial project for people launched by Chinese government to reconstruct dangerous and old houses in towns and improve conditions of vulnerable families.Shantytowns transformation,which is accepted and popular among city dwellers,improves shantytown dwellers' housing condition and environment.However,How to further strengthen community development after the construction of orderly buildings? How to improve people's feelings of comfort,happiness,belonging and receptivity? All the above questions must be considered and focused on in post-shantytowns transformation.To achieve the goal,it is a shortcut to innovate community governance among shantytowns transformation communities.First of all,this article analyzes international and domestic experts' correlational research about shantytowns transformation communities and innovation of community governance.In the meantime,the article defines correlational concepts and analyzes the importance to innovate community governance among shantytowns transformation communities with the combination of our country's practice in shantytowns transformation and innovation of community governance.Based on the author's living and working area,with typical cases,the article analyzes and summarizes the unique experiences of shantytowns transformation to create happy communities of Qingshan District in Wuhan,and finds out the existing problems proceeding from reality of shantytowns transformation to innovate community governance in Linjiang Harbor District which is the first shantytown transformation community.Meanwhile,the article combines practical exploration and analysis together to obtain a solution that it can be the reference to improve happiness index of shantytowns transformation dwellers in post shantytowns transformation age.
