Study On The Village Communist Party Committee Election Of Boluo County In The New Situation

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the rural economy has received a great achievements.At the same time,the basic level democratic construction in rural China has also gained a broader space for its development,social democracy is one of the important goals of the construction and development of our country.The election of village committee is an important way to exercise democratic rights,participate in democratic management and democratic decision-making for people.However,with the further developing,as the "villager autonomy" the main content of the village committee general election has confronted some difficulties and challenges expect the good results.In this paper,the writer starts from the investigation by the fifth and sixth village communist party committee election of the Boluo County in the New Situation.Analysis the village committee general election process from the aspects of political,economic,cultural in the new situation.Summarize these problems,the paper tries to put forward feasible suggestions,improving the villager autonomy,providing some decision reference in order to strengthen the building of electoral system.Boluo county,which is one of the hundred strong county in Guangdong province.This paper study on the fifth times and the sixth times election of village communist party committee of Boluo County.Combining with data analysis,literature research,we analyzed the reasons that lack of standardization in the electoral system,the villagers' have no democratic consciousness,bribery in election seriously,clan interference seriously and any other problem.This paper put forward the following suggestions,the government should improve relevant laws and regulations,reduce the disturbance during the election of village communist party committee,increase publicity of and education in the democracy.The village communist party committee should promote their own quality and greatly develop countryside economy.The county-level government should make summary,analysis in finish stage,service to decision-making,policy formulation and implementation,to promote rural democratic construction to provide decision-making reference.
