| At present, labor relation is the most basis factor of economical field. Whether the labor relation is harmonious or not directly affects the development of social economy. Domestic and foreign scholars propose the pathway to build harmonious labor relations from multi-angle and multi-level just as politics, economics, theory of the labor movement social work. W city, in the forefront of reform and opening up, whose economic development is in the period of transformation and upgrading. Employer and employee conflict with serious contradiction. Labor relations appear to be intricate and diverse. In the new economic situation, employers not only face with the threat of basic protection, such as labor compensation, labor protection, leisure, but also bear the psychological pressure, interpersonal relationships, career planning. Negative issues of the staff affect the development of private enterprises, then affect the construction of harmonious labor relations. The trade union is committed to construct harmonious labor relations. Otherwise "FUSHIKANG" event in2010and the crisis of private lending in W, bring a huge impact and challenges to the work of trade unions.This study is based on the context above. The author teams University institutions to study the status of labor relations in the private enterprises. There are still some discordant elements of the current labor relations that the results show:unreasonable labor time and labor compensation; increasing labor disputes; threatened life and healthy; lack of corporate social responsibility.The obtained data analyzed by SPSS shows that the trade union plays a role in building the harmonious labor relations, through survey and interviews to employees of private enterprises:â‘ Safeguarding the basic legitimate rights of the employees.â‘¡Promoting the special labor protection to female employee.â‘¢Promoting democratic participation of employees. The results of the survey also reflect that the trade union of W private enterprises exist localization in organizational building obviously at the present stage. Facing the new situation that employees demand self-growth increasingly, traditional trade union work which appears unable needs a professional intervention and guidance to satisfy the staff out of the woods, easing the psychological pressure, easing the psychological pressure, achieving personal growth.According to the status quo analysis, it is feasible that the methods and skills of social work can be apply in the enterprise unions. The urgent reality such as discord labor reality and tradition-bound trade union work provides a realistic basis for professional social work involving in the work of trade unions. The organizational structure which trade unions has been formed by long-time work build organizational platform for industrial social work. That the concept of trade union work is People-oriented as same as industrial social work laid a theoretical foundation. So it is feasible to corporate industrial social work and trade union work.Finally, exploring the specific areas which need intervene by the social workers in the current labor relations:occupational health and safety, aid workers in difficulty, staff career planning. Carrying out Employee Assistance Program for physical and mental health. This study attempts to combine social work expertise, technical approach with the trade unions. The development of occupation social work relies on trade unions in enterprises as platform, building harmonious labor relations. |
