Scientific research and innovation are crucial to the development of the country and are the driving force behind the country's continuous development.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that innovation is the primary driving force for development.The development of the country and the world at large has increasingly placed scientific research innovation in a crucial position in the development of the country.As a key subject of scientific and technological innovation,scientific research workers have cultivated the integrity of scientific research.It is an important foundation for technological innovation.While scientific and technological innovation has been placed in an important place in social development,scientific research workers are affected by various factors such as their own groups,social organizations,and national policies,resulting in behaviors that are not faithful to scientific research and are threatening social progress and hindering the country's progress.development of.In the process of accountability for scientific research workers,we need to reflect on the fact that the production of insincerity in scientific research is not only caused by scientific research workers themselves,but also is caused by the lack of governance of research integrity issues.Governance of integrity issues has been placed in an important position by the state and society.First of all,this study sorts out and evaluates research status of scientific research integrity both at home and abroad.Second,it elaborates the theory of cooperative governance involved in research and related theories of scientific research integrity.It defines the scientific research integrity behavior and proposes the concept of superior scientific research integrity.It analyzes the importance and necessity of cooperative governance for the introduction of scientific research on integrity issues.Furthermore,after the basic definitions of the above basic concepts and theories have been defined,the article adopts an empirical research method to understand current social research work through interviews.The basic state of scientific research integrity has come to the conclusion that although current researchers have some knowledge of the negative impact of scientific infidelity,they do not have a clear understanding of what constitutes scientific infidelity.At the same time,the reasons for the scientific research on dishonesty have also come into being.The main subjects involve the government,scientific research management departments,scientific research communities and third parties.Finally,we sort out the different responsibilities thatentities should play in the governance of scientific research issues of integrity,and further build a governance system for scientific research integrity.
