Single female reproductive rights caused extensive concern and discussed of academic circles for the first time was in 2002 after the article 30(2)of ‘population and family planning regulations of Jilin province' was issued.In that time,questioned voice of the single female reproductive rights is filled.In 16 years later,in the background of the social environment is becoming more and more open,people concept updating,an aging population increasing,and our country to implement Two-child policy in October 2015,reviewing single female reproductive rights and its protection has important significance to the academic research and the development of the society.The first part of this article will give a brief overview of the reproductive rights related content,specifically describing the concept and content of reproductive rights,and accompanying the introduction of the concept of single female.At the same time,the author will introduce the history and reality of the single female reproductive rights in this part.In 2002,the provisions on the reproduction of single female in Jilin province have aroused great controversy,and these controversies still exist today.In the second part of this article,based on the analysis of affirmative and negative opinions on single female reproductive rights held by Chinese scholars,this paper proposes the viewpoints of this article and argues the necessity of guaranteeing single female reproductive rights.It also hopes to promote people's Understanding and acceptance of this right.The third part of this article will detail the obstacles to the implementation of this interest.In the fourth part of this article,some targeted and operative legal paths are put forward to ensure the realization of this right under the premise of clearing the obstacles to the implementation of the single female reproductive rights in China.
