A Study On The Implementation Of The Township Government's Poverty Alleviation Policy

As a key part of the government's capability,policy execution directly determines the healthy development of the state and society.In the new era,our country attaches great importance to the work of poverty alleviation,and clearly regards poverty alleviation as the general idea of poverty alleviation,but the detailed and perfect policy of poverty alleviation has not yielded immediate results,mainly because the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy of the township government is still insufficient,which seriously affects the realization of a well-off society.Therefore,it is of profound realistic and theoretical significance to study the executive ability of the township government in helping the poor.This paper takes an arduous village as a foothold to demonstrate the status and problems of the implementation of the government's poverty alleviation policy through questionnaires and interviews,and then analyzes the causes with the help of relevant theories,and finally explores the way to improve the implementation of the township government.There are five chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction,which includes research background,current situation,technical line and research methods.The second chapter discusses the concept and theory of the implementation of the township poverty alleviation policy,mainly discusses the concept of the township government,the poverty alleviation policy and policy implementation force,the constituent elements,particularity and measurement standards of the implementation force of the township government's poverty alleviation policy,as well as the policy implementation,the collective action,the street bureaucrats and the game theory.The third part,taking A town of Zhenjiang as an example,adopts questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation and problems of the implementation of the policies for helping the poor in villages and towns.The fourth chapter explores the reasons for the problems in the implementation of the policies for helping the poor in villages and towns.The fifth chapter is the key point of this article.On the basis of full research,this paper expounds the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy making,the implementation of the subject and guest body,the policy implementation environment and the rational allocation of resources.
