| In recent years,the fishery economic of China have developed rapidly,and solved the problem--the number of the fish.But a series of aquatic products quality safety event happened frequently,such as "the seafood of Ji Nan","eels of 2007 years",etcThe aquatic products quality safety gradually have been the social focus.Aquatic products are different from other products.In terms of breeding,production sales,it has its particularity.The aquatic product quality and safety supervision system are subject to special regulation according to the characteristics of aquatic products,But now our country does not have special aquatic products quality and safety supervision law.The "Food Safety Law" is too principle to guarantee the quality and safety of aquatic products.At present,the aquatic product quality and safety supervision system still exists some shortage,such as market access system is not perfect;the traceability system is imperfect,recall system is not comprehensive,etc.Compared with domestic and foreign in aquatic products quality safety supervision system,they have more perfect the legal system,standard system,advanced traceability technology and effective relief way.If we want to study the aquatic product quality and safety supervision system of market access system,traceabilied system and recall system,we should started from aquatic products breeding,production,sales.From the the aquatic products construction of quality safety standards、testing system、ways of regulation,and the supervision of the permission to improve the system of aquatic products market access;By improving the enthusiasm of relevant enterprises to participate in thetraceabilied system of aquatic products、developing the trace technology and the recognition of tracing system to improve thetraceabilied system of aquatic products;By cutting the costs of aquatic product recall、changing the concept of aquatic product recall,intensify punishment ways to improve the aquatic product recall system. |
