The labeling of the outside world and the restrictions on its own conditions make the rehabilitation personnel weak,which also makes its life and integration in social a great obstacle.They will be more difficult to integrate into the society.Under the support of advantage perspective and the social support theory,this research selects a person released as the research object.The object studies the basic information and needs of the the rehabilitation personnel.Then according to the requirements,the social worker will render a service.In addition,the duration of the intervention by using social support scale to measure,compared before and after the test,evaluated the results of the entire service and results.This study shows that the application of social work theory and techniques has played a positive role in the integration of the rural rehabilitation personnel.The use of social work theory and techniques to help rural prisoners to a certain extent,change the irrational perception,ease family conflicts and promote effective communication between rural prisoners released personnel and members of the community.The plight of family integration,employment,and social interaction faced by post-social integration eventually led to the release of rural prisoners to better integrate into mainstream society.
