Marx's view of practice is the core and soul of the marxist philosophy. The paper proceeds from “On the Outline of Feuerbach” that is the classic work on Marx's theory of practice,“philosophers only interpret the world in different ways, but the problem is to change the world.” It is aimed to investigate the reason and purpose which Marx distinguished the similarities and difference between the philosophy of “interpreting the world” and “changing the world”,therefore putting forward three main research questions: first, why is it that traditional western philosophy before Marx just in “interpreting the world”? Secondly,in what sense is “changing the world” about Marx's view of practice;Thirdly, what is the relationship between “changing the world” and “interpreting the world”? According with the unity of history and logic methods in strict, this paper discusses the three aspects of the proposed three problems which are based on the profound and diversity study of Marx's practice viewpoint of predecessors.Firstly, the essence of Marx's traditional western philosophy is to “interpret the world” with “abstract thinking”.This paper is based on the history of western philosophy, systematically combed the founder of the ancient Greek natural philosophy about “ontology”,the creation of “ontology” of Plato, the modern “epistemology” steering of German classical philosophy and the completion of “ontology” of Hegel, and think that the essence of the western philosophy before Marx is “abstract thinking” around the “ontology”.This goal of “abstract thinking” is to find and establish a rule and the supreme unity of world domination, while used it to make the eternal explanation and illustration with the highest generality and the largest universality ultimate about people and the world. However, this explaining of the universality and permanence can't make the real changes for the real world, but only abstract norms and concepts. So we think that the essence of the traditional western philosophy before Marx was just to “interpret the world”.Secondly, the core of this article is that Marx found a way to “change the world” through “practice”.This article believes that Marx's concept of practice surpasses the tradition of “interpreting the world” in Western philosophy and accomplishes the transformation to “change the world.” First,Marx grasped the relationship between mankind and the world through “practice” and abandoned the “abstract existence” in traditional western philosophy.Practice is the essence of the relationship between mankind and the world. The understanding of the relationship between mankind and the world from “practice” makes the “abstract nature”,“abstract person” and “abstract history” in the traditional western philosophy return to reality, and ends the metaphysics of traditional western philosophy based on abstract ontology.Second, traditional Western philosophy is difficult to reasonably understand and grasp the nature of the relationship between mankind and the world is the shackles of the “ontological way of thinking”,and the “practical view of the way of thinking” contained in Marx's view of practice is the ontology of traditional Western philosophy The transcendence and transformation of the way of thinking is the internal driving force that promotes philosophy to “change the world”.Third,on the basis of the practical understanding of the relationship between mankind and the world,Marx, under the impetus of the “practical perspective” mode of thinking, did not stop at the critique of philosophical theories, but combined the theoretical critique with the actual struggle to make. The ultimate goal of changing the world lies in pursuing the liberation of mankind and the real problems of the proletarian revolution, and effectively making changes to the unreasonable real world.Thirdly, the relationship between “interpreting the world” and “changing the world” in Marx's view of practice is dialectically unified. The practical activities of human beings are not the negation of the philosophy of “interpreting the world” but the conversion of the visual threshold of “interpreting the world”.They are also the common driving forces of “interpreting the world” and “changing the world.” The interpretation of Marx's concept of practice is no longer an abstract world that is not related to human beings, but a “human world” created by human practice. On this basis, practice is both the impetus for the theory of “interpreting the world” and the real path to change the real world. The critical and revolutionary nature of Marx's view of practice requires that mankind is not obsessed with the theory of “interpreting the world”,and that all theoretical doctrines must be “chosen and follow”;the openness and practicality of Marx's view of practice reveals that in the process of changing the world, mankind should carry out “innovation and creation” constantly.
