Study On The Right Of Freedom From Poverty

The exemption from the right to poverty means that an individual(collective)enjoys the freedom from institutional(or non-institutional)poverty and is able to obtain the human and material information necessary for maintaining a decent life by participating in poverty reduction work.This right includes three meanings: First,the right of exclude poverty,the subject of the right can require that other(government)cannot implement the actions that causes the subject to fall into or is difficult to escape from poverty;Second,The right to request,the right subject can ask others(government)actively implement actions that can help the subjects to get rid of poverty.Third,utilize the right.The subject of the right has the freedom and qualification to take certain actions to lift themself out of poverty.The thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is the origin and present situation of the right of free from poverty.First,it introduces the earliest source of the human rights free from poverty.Secondly,it introduces the present situation at home and abroad of the right to be exempt from poverty;The second part studies the basic problems of the right to be exempt from poverty,including the concept of the right to exempt from poverty,the nature,internal basis and its relation to the right to development;The third part studies the practice and difficulties of the right to exempt from poverty in our country.First,it analyzes our country's right to exempt from poverty from the institutional level.The specific content is mainly manifested in the introduction of our country's anti poverty policy and its policy practice;Secondly,the introduction of the points is introduced.The fourth part is the protection mechanism of the right of free from poverty.This part puts forward two guarantee mechanisms given the difficulties when implementing the right of free from poverty;and studies the protection mechanism from the two dimensions of the international level and the domestic level.The purpose of the dissertation research is to detect the problems arising from the practice of the right to poverty in our country and to provide some suggestions for poverty reduction in China.The paper adopts a comparative analysis method and reports on the status quo of exemption from the right to poverty by analyzing the rights of people in Europe,America and other countries as well as Chinese domestic scholars.The literature analysis method is used to collect,identify,sort out and study the right to freedom from poverty.Documents,including works,journal articles,dissertations,etc.,are discussed with induction and deduction methods.
