Study On The Implementation Force Of New Professional Farmer Cultivation Policy In Rongchang District,Chongqing

situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era.Based on the central No.1 document in 2018 "The Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee on the Implementation of the Rural Rejuvenation Strategy",the ministry of agriculture issued the "The 13 th Five-year Plan for the Development of New Professional Farmers in China",the general office of the ministry of agriculture issued “Notice on the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers”.To undertake the requirements of the state and chongqing municipality,establishes the correct value orientation of policy implementation,and avoids the phenomenon of "on the policy makers" occur,takes will effectively implement the policy of cultivating new professional farmers and makes it fits Rongchang's current situattion are the current outstanding problems in front of Rongchang area.So the Rongchang area new professional farmers cultivate the status quo of the execution of the policy,effectively analysis for prosperity area new professional farmers cultivate the real root of problems existed in executive force,improve the effect of Rongchang area new professional farmers cultivating policy implementation,to push forward the social economy sustainable development of Rongchang and Chongqing.Firstly,at home and abroad this paper by analyzing the new policy executive power of professional Rongchang are strengthen the policy garanttee,improve the policy cognitive,and optmize the policy coordination.(6)The policy implementation improvement of new professional farmer cultivation in executive power of Rongchang area new professional farmers cultivate level assessment,and research topic has certain innovation.However,there are some deficiencies in this study: one is the limitation of research scope.Only one area of Rongchang district in Chongqing is studied,and the data collection is not comprehensive enough.The second is the limitation of index system construction.This article integrated the realities of Rongchang and the current theoretical index system and emprical index system,it is hard to avoid some shortcomings and loopholes,such as,the design dimensions of index system,the comprehensiveness of index system and so on.
