Study On Peasants ' Subjectivity In Political Participation

Rural governance is the foundation of national governance,and effective governance is the basic guarantee of rural rejuvenation.As the main force of rural areas,farmers' subjective factors influence the level and degree of peasants' political participation,which affects the reform efficiency of rural areas and the healthy development of the country.It is of great significance for farmers and the country to explore and cultivate peasants' subjectivity in political participation and then mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative.Based on the literature research on subjectivity and peasants' political participation,this paper sorts out relevant concepts and theories,and summarizes the concept of peasants' subjectivity in political participation.The empirical study selected X-village as a sample,according to the sampling strategy and purpose sampling strategy.The study attend to examine subjectivity status of farmers' political participation and to understand the current farmers' subjectivity situation in political participation in the form of questionnaire and interview from election,decision-making,supervision and conflict of political participation The survey found that the political subject consciousness of farmers is constantly awakening,the political participation demand is improved,the political self-sufficiency and the subject ability are constantly strengthened.But there are also problems such as low awareness of political participation,lack of awareness,lack of autonomy,lack of ability,and low degree of political participation.These are caused by many factors such as the low level of education,poor economic situation,negative influence of traditional culture,inadequate grassroots governance and the unsound political participation system.In view of the problems the survey reflected,this paper proposes to cultivate farmers' subjectivity in political participation from the aspects of culture,economy,system,politics and organization.On the cultural level,some measures can be taken to improve farmers' political participation cognitive ability by realizing the external guide and self-development,such as the government leading to establish characteristic education system for farmers,grass-roots party organizations to strengthen democratic political propaganda,farmers to develop self-education;On the economic level,we should cultivate new types of professional farmers and business entities,develop modern agriculture and cultivate township enterprises,so as to consolidate the material foundation for farmers' political participation.At the institutional level,the right of farmers to participate in politics is guaranteed by improving the expression,supervision and feedback mechanism of farmers' political participation,and improving the judicial aid and relief mechanism.Finally,by strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations,establishing and improving farmers' social organizations,and improving the governance of grassroots governments,we can improve the guarantee mechanism of farmers' political participation subjectivity and enhance their sense of efficiency and capability of political participation.
