Youth Social Organizations In Ningxia Region Participate Social Governance Research

At present,our country is in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The youth social organization has played an increasingly important role in promoting the national governance system and the modernization of capacity.It has became an important strength in social governance and been an important part of the youth work of the Communist Youth League.The participation of young social organizations in social governance is great practical significance to deepen the reform,and promoting the transformation of the functions of governments at all levels,providing public services,and maintaining the rights and interests of young people.This paper is mainly based on the background of social governance in minority areas,and combined with the development of The Belt and Road construction ethnic areas,to analyze the development of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region youth social organizations.Then,the general law to participate in social governance issues related to national youth social organizations try to give policy environment improvement Suggestions and thinking.The author focuses on four aspects of youth social organizations to participate in social governance in minority areas.Firstly,the author makes a brief analysis of the basic theories,status,roles and practical explorations of youth social organizations' participation in social governance.Secondly,based on all the analyse,the present situation and rule of youth social organizations participate social governance are further discussed in Ningxia area.Thirdly,The social governance in Ningxia are facing opportunities and challenges.The special relationship between youth social organizations and social governance in the region should be focused and discussed.After analyzing the example of the five main types of youth social organizations in Ningxia whose participate in social governance,this paper shall demonstrates the form,efficiency and problems of youth social organizations.At the end of the article,the author puts forward some suggestions on using the relevant policies and mechanisms of the region to develop youth social organization participate in the innovation of social governance in Ningxia more professional,innovative and adaptive.According to all of the discuss,it is found that the optimization of Ningxia youth social organization to participate in social governance should be based on the economic development and the need of social governance.Besides,it is crucial to optimize the work pattern and try to work harder,to promote the specialization,innovation,localization and institutionalization of the Ningxia youth social organization to participate in social governance.This article hope to put forward constructive policy mechanism proposals.Those suggestion are help for fast-developing of Ningxia region under the background of the new era that through the exploration of the participation of Ningxia youth social organization in social governance.In the end,we will achieve the goal of promoting the development of a harmonious society in the ethnic regions.At the same time,we also hope to provide a certain reference value and assistance.The value and assistance shall promote the youth social organization push forward the national work development.The national theory and the unification of national policy and regional development shall be gained better development.
