Research On Social Organizations Participating In Social Governance In Inner Mongolia

With the continuous deepening of social transformation and system transition in China,the main structure of social governance has gradually changed.Social organizations and citizens,which are regarded as management objects in traditional society,have begun to change their roles.The government has also changed from a single subject of implementing specific management in traditional areas to a backstage subject of providing decision-making in modern governance.Among them,as an important governance body,social organizations can solve social problems more flexibly than administrative organs,and gradually become an important platform to promote the Co-governance of politics and society,and an effective carrier to improve the level of social governance and promote the process of social governance.In recent years,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in line with the requirements of the new era of social governance system,has innovated forms of social governance,attached great importance to the full play ofthe main functions of social organizations,and made great efforts to promote the effective participation of social organizations in social governance.Based on this,the vast number of social organizations in Inner Mongolia have actively participated in social governance by undertaking government purchasing services,carrying out charitable activities,participating in urban and rural community construction,and participating in conflict resolution.They have promoted the improvement of public service level and grass-roots autonomy capacity,and promoted the integration of social resources and social harmony and stability.However,in the practice of participating in social governance,Inner Mongolia social organizations still have some major problems,such as limited scope and depth of participating in social governance,low professional level of participating in social governance,unreasonable way of participating in social governance,weak social foundation of participating in social governance,which are related to the overall number of social organizations in Inner Mongolia,small scale and uneven distribution,and social organizations.Insufficient institutional mechanisms,lack of independence of social organizations,lack of credibility of social organizations and insufficient legal protection of social organizations are directly related,which hinders the further development of social organizations' participation in social governance.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the experience ofsocial organizations participating in social governance in foreign developed countries and domestic developed areas,it is clear that Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should fully improve the ways and means of propaganda and guidance,cooperation and innovation,communication and incentives,standardization of self-discipline,rule of law and supervision in the future,optimize the path of social organizations participating in social governance,so as to promote the effective participation of social organizations in Inner Mongolia.Will govern the process,and constantly improve the level of social governance.
