Research On Xi Jinping's Achievement View

Perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity are the overall objectives of China's comprehensive deepening of reforms.The overall quality of Party and Government Cadres is an important part of the modernization of governance capabilities.The concept of Achievements in Performance is a direct impetus for the overall quality of Party and Government Cadres,which determines the administrative behavior and consequences of Party and Government Cadres,deeply affects the development of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and has a direct bearing on the building of a powerful modern country with Chinese characteristics and the people's interest in beauty,which is an important issue that the entire Party must pay attention to.Xi Jinping as the core of the leadership of the new Central Collective,his achievement view represents the requirements of the Party Central Committee for Party and Government cadres and guides the Party and Government cadres in their administrative practice.This study took Xi Jinping's achievement view as the theme,on the basis of collecting relevant materials as comprehensively as possible,the important thoughts and viewpoints of Xi Jinping's achievement view were refined from it.This research followed the logic of the Party and Government cadres' creation of whose political achievements,what kind of political achievements,how to create political achievements,and how to assess achievements.This study systematically analyzed academic research status and defined Xi Jinping's achievement view.On the basis of related concepts,it traced the thought origin and practice experience of Xi Jinping's achievement view,fully analyzed the impact of the work practice generated by Xi Jinping's achievement view,summarized the main contents of Xi Jinping's achievement view,and clarified the distinct features and times values of Xi Jinping's achievement view.This research was divided into four parts: The first part is introduction.It mainly analyzed the subject selection background,significance of the topic,current research status,relevant concepts and other contents of Xi Jinping's achievement view,explained its logicalthinking and framework.Combing with the actual research,we adopted a variety of research methods,and made necessary explanations for the innovations and deficiencies of this research;the second part discussed the thought origin and impact of work practice of Xi Jinping's achievement view.The third part is the core chapter of this article.On the basis of a thorough and comprehensive analysis of relevant materials of Xi Jinping's achievement view,it summarized the main contents of Xi Jinping's achievement view;the fourth part systematically explained the distinctive features and time values of Xi Jinping's achievement view.Above four parts progressively and systematically demonstrated“governance for the people” as the mother-system,and “for whom to create political achievements,what kind of achievements,how to create political achievements,and how to assess achievements” as subsystems,which formed the scientific system of Xi Jinping's achievement view.
