Research On The Protection System Of Overseas Chinese Social Security

As one of the basic human rights of human existence and development,the social security right is one of the social and economic interests that the overseas Chinese should enjoy equally as Chinese citizens.However the current our country citizen social security system is not perfect,and social security legal system is not fully established,protection and maintenance of the domestic general citizen social security protection exists many problems,in addition,social security to ensure implementation of overseas Chinese also exist many difficulties,although social security laws regulations about overseas Chinese has many,it is not comprehensive,and there is no remedy mechanism to form a complete set of coordination,and there is no constitutional basis social for security protection of overseas Chinese,so,after the analysis of the current situation of social security protection of overseas Chinese,this article suggest to establish the protection of social security of overseas Chinese according to the constitution,establish the principle of social security protection of overseas Chinese,and improve relevant legislation,and to establish overseas Chinese social security coordination mechanism of relief,in addition,should also be the maximum play to the role of the overseas Chinese organizations and overseas Chinese affairs department,using the power of the diversified relief way,strengthen the supervision of social security protection of overseas Chinese.
