People's Recognition With The Compensation Policies And The Influencing Factors

In recent years,social conflicts and mass disturbances happen frequently at present because of the location and Settings of the NIMBY facility,which becomes an important problem of public administration and constitutes the challenge to public management.It is of great value to study people's policy identity to guarantee the successful implement of policy.Therefore,through demonstration survey,this paper tries to put the policy identity as a breakthrough point,analyzing people's policy identity status and its key influence factors.Through questionnaire surveys and depth interview of the people from X village for example,we aim to know their recognition with the compensation policies and analyze factors that affected their sense of recognition.Through analyzing the data and materials of surveys,We find that the recognition of compensation policies is at a low level.More specifically,It manifests as the low cognitive,low satisfaction and low evaluation.Further,we also find that the identity of compensation policies is influenced by government trust and procedural justice,Government trust and procedural justice are important ways to promote the people's recognition on compensation policies.According to the findings,we proposed some recommendations from strengthening policy advocacy,perfecting the policy system,enhancing the policy communication and regulatory,to promote the degree of people's recognition with the compensation policies.
