Study On The Sanmin-project Community Governance In Zengdou District Of Suizhou

The foundation of great power governance is at the grassroots level,and community governance is the basic link of national governance.Not long ago,the Central Party Committee issued “Opinions on strengthening and improving the urban and rural community governance”,put forward the request of "constructing the urban and rural communities into a harmonious,orderly,green,civilized,innovative,inclusive,and sharing home",which points the way to build a better,happier community.In the tide of comprehensively deepening the reform and the overall governing party,based on absorbing the classical experience of governance at home and abroad,this article focus on the example of "Sanmin-Project" governance pattern in Suizhou communities,.study the developing logic,major measures and practice effects of it.Analyze the major problem and analyzed the profound causes of reatricting its further growth.On the basis of fully absorbing the successful experiences of "Sanmin-Project",we strive to explore a realistic,pragmatic and effective community governance path as the decision-making reference for "Sanmin-Project" upgrade and guide other similar places.With a large number of specific case as the support theory,we persist on problemoriented research as the method and localization as the research characteristics,ensure that the research is entire and objective.Adapt to changes in the economic and social reform and people's way of life,we follow the basic principles of putting people first,serving residents,adjusting measures to local conditions,community participation,straightening out the relationship,clearing responsibilities.Based on responsibility system,governance mechanism,implementation path,and participation enhancement of the four dimensions,we put forward "1+N" governance pattern,which can play multiple roles in enhancing the service capabilities of "three social interaction",continuing "SanminProject" idea to run practical livelihood,and create an intelligent platform to offer suggestions of the interactive coordination.on the basis of the existing construction in Suizhou,we strive to build a road that gorvens the common community well.
