Research On Democratic Construction In Northeast China(1947—1950)

This article is guided by the relevant theories of history,political science and sociology,using literature analysis,macroscopic and microscopic research,case anatomy,and interdisciplinary research.The basic idea of ??the research is to study the background and motivation first,then analyze the basic situation,and finally evaluate it,and conduct a special study on democratic construction in Northeast China from 1947 to 1950.In order to establish a consolidated Northeastern revolutionary base,from 1947,the Communist Party of China vigorously carried out democratic political construction in the Northeast.Democratic construction refers to the construction of a democratic political power.At this stage,it refers to an organizational form that mobilizes the broad masses of the people to participate in the administration of state affairs through the people's congress.The essential elements of democratic government construction include democratic propaganda,democratic elections,democratic deliberation,and democratic supervision.At the same time,the analysis of Harbin as a case of the construction of democratic government in Northeast China is mainly carried out from the establishment of the democratic government in Harbin and the administration of the democratic government in Harbin.Politics.In general,from 1947 to 1950,democratic construction in Northeast China generally showed three characteristics.First,the general meeting of the people's congresses was held in the cities first and then in the countryside.Second,pilot the experience and then promote it when building a democratic regime.Third,the building of democratic power depends fully on the strength of the people.Through the development of democratic political construction at this stage,the political participation of the people in the Northeast has increased,the legitimacy of the Communist Party of China has been raised,the stability and recovery of the Northeast social order has been promoted,and the national liberation war has been supported,and new political culture has been cultivated.The people eased the bondage of colonial and feudal ideas.However,it cannot be denied that at this stage,the construction of democratic power in the Northeast has limitations such as lack of systematic understanding and inadequate institutionalization,indicating that the work of building democratic power in the Northeast needs to be further improved.
